On Friday January 13th, the varsity girl’s soccer team won 6-0 against the Valley Vista Monsoons. 

“Our team unity and the culture the players have created has put us in a good position to compete at a high level,” head coach Ryne Jakobson said about what attributes to their current winning streak. 

The great thing about the MRHS girl’s soccer team is that each and every player stands out. 

“Every player has made positive plays in each game,” Jakobson said.

Moreover, playing as a team and the player’s trust in each other has strengthened the team’s game strategy and contributed to their winning streak.
