The Mountain Ridge Girls basketball team recently won against Hamilton and Liberty with a score of 63-62 against Hamilton and Liberty with 50-33. These games took place on the 12th and 13th of January.

“There was just a lot of leadership among all of our players,” senior Hannah Uhlenhop said about what helped with the win against Liberty.

Varsity has been ending a majority of their games with a win but in the upcoming O’Connor rivalry game they will have to push through to secure their victory on Saturday.

“We just got to work our hardest, not get so worried, and play our game,” believes Uhlenhop in what will be needed to win against OC.
