Laila is a sophomore currently in her second year of writing for The Ridge Review. She enjoys creative things, such as painting, reading, writing, and even acting. She’s always trying to look on the bright side of things, and be the best friend she can possibly be. Though when she wants to be alone, you can often find her watching shows like Dexter, 90210, Gilmore Girls, and plenty of others. She is especially excited to continue working with the newspaper team this year.
