Thursday was easily one of the most fun days of the week, costume day. Today’s theme held almost as much popularity as camo-day, for the reason that a significant number of students and teachers participated in this spooky day. A student named Griffin participated in the school’s scary fun by dressing up as Raiden from the video game, Genshin Impact. When asked what their favorite part of Halloween was, Griffin answered, “Trick-or-treating and getting free candy.” Not only did Ridge bring the liveliness of Halloween, several teachers also gave out candy to the kids who dressed up. One might say the school day was comparable to trick-or-treating itself. Two students dressed as the lovable Pokémon character, Charizard, talked about this year’s homecoming spirit week. In this conversation one of the Pokémon stated, “I think it was better this year because more people dressed up.” A complete overlook of this spirit week shows how nicely Ridge constructed the theme of every single day. Today was full of spirit but remained terrifying and scary as well.
